Client Checklist
- Valid Identification: You must present one (1) piece of valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's Licence, Ontario Photo Card, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card).
- In-Person Signing: All documents must be signed directly in the presence of the Notary. Please do not sign your paperwork beforehand.
- Printed Documents: Please bring a physical, printed copy of your document. We do not provide standard printing services at our office.
- Certified True Copies: If you need a certified true copy, you must bring both the original document and the photocopy to be certified.
- Witnesses: If your specific document requires an independent witness, please arrange for your own witness to accompany you to the appointment.
- Fees: Our notarization fee is $17.00 per official Notary seal and signature.
